Studio Policies

These policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and consistent experience for all clients at HOLD Studio. By booking or attending a class, you agree to the policies below.

1. Class Reservations

• All classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform.

• Space is limited. A confirmed reservation is required to attend.

• Walk-ins are not guaranteed and may be turned away if class is full.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made within the timeframe listed at booking to avoid penalties.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • Loss of class credit

  • A late cancellation or no-show fee

• Policies may vary by class type or promotion and will be disclosed at booking.

3. Arrival & Late Entry

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup.

• Late entry may not be permitted once class has started, for safety and experience reasons.

• If you arrive late and are denied entry, the class may be forfeited.

4. Waitlists

• If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.

• If a spot opens, you are responsible for monitoring notifications and attending if confirmed.

• Standard cancellation policies apply once moved from the waitlist into class.

5. Studio Etiquette & Conduct

To maintain a welcoming environment:

• Follow instructor cues and studio guidelines

• Use equipment as instructed

• Respect other clients’ space and experience

• Silence phones during class

HOLD Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

6. Health & Safety

• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to participate in class.

• Modify movements as needed and notify the instructor of injuries or limitations.

• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

• HOLD Studio is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or disclose relevant health information.

7. Equipment Use

• Equipment must be used as instructed by staff.

• Misuse of equipment may result in injury and/or removal from class.

• Equipment should be wiped down after use when cleaning supplies are provided.

8. Memberships, Class Packs & Expiration

• Memberships and class packs are non-transferable.

• Expiration dates, if applicable, are listed at purchase.

• Unused classes may expire and are not refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Payments & Refunds

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• We do not offer refunds for unused classes, missed sessions, or expired credits.

• Pricing, promotions, and packages are subject to change.

10. Personal Belongings

• Please store personal items in designated areas.

• HOLD Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

11. Photography & Recording

• Photography or recording during class is not permitted without prior approval.

• By attending classes or events, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes unless you notify staff otherwise.

12. Policy Updates

HOLD Studio reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
