Lagree:
Tighten & Define
Lagree is a high-intensity yet low-impact full-body workout that combines the principles of Pilates and strength training. HOLD utilizes the Miniformer Pro to create constant muscle tension through slow, controlled movements and spring resistance. Invented by Sebastien Lagree, this 50-minute workout is designed to strengthen and tone muscles, build muscular endurance, and improve core strength while minimizing stress on joints. It is adaptable for different fitness levels and focuses on creating a muscular burn through both variable and isometric holds.

Infrared Mat Pilates: Lengthen & Rejuvenate
Infrared mat pilates offers enhanced flexibility and a greater range of motion due to the deep muscle warming from infrared heat. At HOLD, panels are kept below 9 feet to promote maximum results.
The modality boosts core strength, improves circulation, and can lead to a higher calorie burn compared to traditional mat pilates. Additionally, the heat helps promote physical recovery by reducing muscle soreness and promoting detoxification, while the calm environment can aid in mental relaxation and stress reduction.
CLIMB X STRENGTH: CONDITION & STRENGTHEN
HOLD combines the VersaClimber’s full-body, low-impact cardio with targeted weight lifting, building balanced, functional strength while improving cardiovascular health and maximizing calorie burn. The VersaClimber (used by Lady Gaga, Jennifer Aniston, LeBron James, and more) strengthens your core, endurance, and major muscle groups, while lifting allows for progressive overload and muscle growth, creating a comprehensive and efficient workout routine. This offers a complete fitness experience, from increased strength and stamina to enhanced coordination and joint health.
